1. Who you're buying from

This shop is owned and run by Elizabeth Loraine Cross, a sole trader based in the United States.

2. What you're buying

Every product is a digital Google Sheets or Google Docs template, delivered as a private link to copy the file into your own Google Drive. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

3. How ordering & payment work

Orders are placed by email, not through an automatic checkout. You choose the templates you'd like and send your order (the basket's “Email my order” button fills this in). We reply with a secure payment link, and the moment your payment is received your templates are delivered to you by email automatically. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never collected or stored by this website.

4. Your licence

• You may copy the template to your own Drive and use and customise it for your personal or business projects, including client work.
• You may not resell, share, redistribute or republish the template files themselves, or list them for sale as your own.

5. What you need

A free Google account to open and copy the files. Google Sheets templates export to Excel (.xlsx) and Google Docs templates export to Word (.docx) in a couple of clicks.

6. Prices & taxes

Prices are in US dollars (USD). The amount on your payment link is what you pay; any applicable taxes are shown there before you confirm.

8. Disclaimer & liability

Templates are built with care and offered in good faith, but they're tools to help you organise your own work — they don't constitute professional, legal or financial advice, and you're responsible for what you put in them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a template is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights that can't be waived.

• Information you send us: your name, email and the templates you'd like, when you email an order or message us.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment provider via the secure link. We're told a payment succeeded, but your full card number is never sent to or stored by this website.
• Basic technical information our host may process to keep the site running and secure.

We never ask for access to your Google account or your files — templates are shared as a link you copy yourself.

3. How we use it

To prepare your order, send your payment link and templates, answer questions, keep required records and prevent fraud. We don't sell your information and don't send marketing unless you ask.

4. Who we share it with

Our payment provider (to take payment), our email and hosting providers (to deliver your templates and run the site), and authorities only where legally required.

5. Cookies

Only what's essential. Your basket is kept in your browser during your visit and isn't shared with us until you email your order.

6. Retention & your rights

We keep order records only as long as needed for support and legal duties. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information; EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) customers have these rights and more. Just email us.

7. Children & security

This shop is intended for adults and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 16. Payments run over encrypted connections and we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold.

How delivery works

• You send your order by email (or tap “Email my order” in the basket).
• We reply with a secure payment link for the templates you chose.
• The instant your payment is received, your templates are emailed to you automatically — a private link to make your own copy in Google Drive.

Instant delivery

Delivery is immediate on payment; you won't wait around. If anything ever doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and the email address you used, then email elizabethlorainecross.fun@proton.me and we'll re-send it right away.

What you need

A free Google account. Open the link, click “Make a copy”, and the template is yours to edit. Prefer Microsoft Office? Sheets export to Excel and Docs export to Word in a couple of clicks.

We want you genuinely happy with your templates. Please read this alongside our Terms.

The nature of digital goods

Templates are delivered instantly as digital files. Once the link has been sent and copied it can't be “returned” like a physical item, so as a general rule all sales are final once the template has been delivered.

When we'll always make it right

That doesn't stop us looking after you. We'll gladly fix or refund if:

• you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice;
• the template won't open or the link doesn't work and we can't resolve it;
• you were sent the wrong template;
• you never received your link; or
• you change your mind before we've sent it — just let us know.

How to ask

Email elizabethlorainecross.fun@proton.me with your name and a short note. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider; timing depends on your bank.

Chargebacks & your rights

If something seems wrong, please contact us first — we can usually fix it faster than a chargeback. Nothing in this policy affects consumer rights that can't legally be waived.
